Potenza and surroundings
Basilicata is still one of the least discovered regions of Italy. Starting from here, you will have all the time to understand why.
A privileged position
The South to discover,
one step at a time.
Potenza is Italy's highest regional capital — 892 metres above sea level. From here, in less than an hour, you can reach some of the most extraordinary destinations in the South, often still off the beaten track. Al Convento is the natural starting point for those who want to discover Basilicata at their own pace, returning each evening to a place that feels like home.
