Yes, the Municipality of Potenza applies a tourist tax of €1.00 per person per night, for a maximum of 5 consecutive nights. Children under 14 are exempt. The amount is collected directly at the property at check-in.

Check-in is available from 14:00 to 22:00. Check-out is by 10:30. If you need different times, please write to us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.

To best organise your arrival, we ask that you let us know your expected arrival time at least the day before. We will be there to welcome you in person.

The minimum age to check in is 18 years. A valid identity document will be required from all guests upon arrival, including minors.

Yes, we are happy to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out. Please let us know in advance so we can arrange this.

Breakfast is not included in the room price, but is available on request at €7 per person. You can enjoy typical Lucan products, fresh pastries, fruit and juices.

Yes, there are three options. You can book a space in the affiliated garage near the property at €10 per day. Alternatively, paid hourly parking (blue lines) is available nearby, or a free outdoor space provided by the Municipality, reachable halfway along the Santa Lucia escalators — a few minutes' walk from the property. The escalators run from 07:00 to 21:00 on weekdays and Sundays, and from 07:00 to 01:00 on Fridays and Saturdays.

Yes, a paid shuttle service to and from the airport is available. You can request it after completing your booking and we will arrange everything together.

The property is located in the heart of the historic centre at Vicolo San Michele Arcangelo 21, steps from the main shopping and walking street. It is reachable on foot from many points in the city centre. For detailed directions, please see the Contact page.

Yes, WiFi is available free of charge in all rooms. If you experience any connection difficulties, we are on hand to help.

The Convento Suite has a fully equipped kitchen. A shared kitchen is also available for guests in other rooms, accessible by prior arrangement with the property.

Absolutely, children are welcome at Al Convento. Children aged 3 and over are considered adults for pricing purposes. For extra beds or specific requirements, please contact us and we will find the most suitable solution.
